What's the catch with "unlimited"?

No catch. We charge per firm, not per client, user, or document. Whether you have 10 clients or 1,000, it's the same $200/month.

Do I need to switch from TaxDome or Canopy?

No. Taxably layers onto your existing tools. It reads from and writes to the same folders your portal already syncs. Nothing changes for your clients or your workflow.

Where is my data stored?

Your raw documents never leave your machine. Only redacted metadata is sent to Taxably's cloud for AI classification. We're built for compliance from day one.

What if I want to cancel?
